Exercise

I believe life with kids becomes easier when moms improve their strength and endurance. Sadly, I think women shy away from strength training because of lack of knowledge and the mistaken perception that doing so will make you “look too big”. I want to change that perception! I think all women, moms especially, need to improve upper and lower body strength and build lean muscle to be stronger and look more toned over-all. My approach to exercise is efficient because busy moms need to be efficient! My 30 minute workouts incorporate:

  • Focused, weight training to improve your strength and tone your body
  • High Intensity Interval Training to get your heart rate up, improve your endurance and burn fat quickly
  • Yoga-inspired stretches to release tension and relax
