There is a ripple effect that happens when we care for ourselves. When we help moms be their strongest, healthiest and happiest possible, we spread that positive impact to the work that they do, to their children and families, and to the communities they live in — making everything and everyone around them better.
Moms often do not receive proper education from their doctors/midwives on how to exercise safely during pregnancy or rebuild strength in weakened areas, like the core, to recover their bodies post-delivery. Most gyms and fitness classes are also not equipped to understand and properly guide pre/postnatal clients. By providing 1-on-1 personal training and exercise guidance through group fitness programs, my mission is to support and empower women in learning how to effectively build strength and fitness during pregnancy and post-delivery, and build long-lasting routines and habits for a healthy, active life.
