  • discuss your current fitness routines and lifestyle (diet, stress and sleep)
  • discuss your experience with fitness – what you liked, what you didn’t like and what has  worked for you in the past
  • determine your goals and timelines
  • design an individualized program based on your goals, interests and fitness level
  • come up with a specific plan for you to help you reach your goals

Subsequent sessions range in price from $60-85/hour, depending on my travel time.
