- discuss your current fitness routines and lifestyle (diet, stress and sleep)
- discuss your experience with fitness – what you liked, what you didn’t like and what has worked for you in the past
- determine your goals and timelines
- design an individualized program based on your goals, interests and fitness level
- come up with a specific plan for you to help you reach your goals
