  • discuss your current fitness, lifestyle, diet and sleep habits
  • discuss your past experience with fitness – what you liked, what you didn’t like and most importantly what has  worked for you
  • determine your goals and timelines
  • design an individualized program based on your goals, interests and fitness level
  • come up with a specific plan for you

This first complimentary session typically takes half an hour.
